Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters Voyager Class Ultra Magnus

Hey peeps! what’s up? it’s been a really long time since i last updated something inside hehe, been lazy and all =w= so anyways after for a month or 2 bought myself something nice which is the TransformersPrime Ultra Magnus. For a retool of the RiD Optimus Prime, I must say this is a very nice mold. hmm colors well i find ehm too bright, not sure why sky blue but lol yea. i like the RiD Color since it suits Magnus more, but lol yea”Hasbro”. here’s a short post for Magnus~

you can add missiles on the shoulder pads but i don’t think they actually launch like most transformers toy does or maybe i just didn’t find the button

extra clip on the shoulder pads to add the missles. Geewun like lolol

i like the silver painted hammer but at the same time i still wish they painted it like the show. i wish i could but i don’t have the colors

originally the tyres were all black, so decided to give it some touch ups

upclose of the head :3 love the head mold 😀 and i think it runs on ball joint just that it can’t look up or down

Finally after for many Months, Finally got to CSC in Singapore and bought the BattleTanker Add-On Upgrade For Laser Optimus Prime and I must say this is really put out add-on and my first Add-Kit For TFs Really love the features and details on the add-on and makes Optimus makes like a Voyager Class Size. 3 Modes for the Trailer. Also this is the KO Version. only realized it when i was wondering why is the head mold so different from the box. Gotta say that the KO Version quality is pretty good, Not Cheap Plastic and Not Fragile. Don’t need to say much for Articulations as it’s still Laser Optimus Prime. Took me an Hr to Set Up Everything when i first got this . Feels wanna go back to U-Toys again to buy moooarre.. All the rare Poisons in CSC Singapore >_<

 

 

Here we have the first mode, The Trailer mode gotta love how it represents the classic G2 Optimus Prime with the Trailer. it’s really well put together don’t really see the robot parts being exposed.2nd Mode for the trailer is the Battle Station Mode

it’s Okay though but needs more weapons. 2 Double Barrel guns and rockets. mmkay >_>

 

Upgrades
here’s the KO Version Head Mold.  Trimmed the nose piece because originally it was kinda pointy.. too Pointy >_>” so flatten it a little bit.

Crotch piece has an upgrade to add another Crotch Piece

and also an upgrade for the hands

Love the Leg upgrade though, Blocky which i rike :3 but it’s kinda heavy which some how weakens the ball joint for the thighs of Optimus  but he still managed to stand still

 

Weapons & Accessories

 

Turned on the LED For the big Sword, 1 Katana for either use for Optimus or Drift and extra Blade, 2 Double Barrel Guns

what’s the extra blade for? You can remove the red blade and replace it with the Katana, but i just find it really weird >_>”

Here’s the Katana, or the newer version of the Swordo no Dorifto i sad , i has no Drift ;__; need to go back to CSC and find it. the giant hands can’t really hold the blade tightly,,  has the peg size is kinda different. so lol yeah but You can use it in the normal Form of Optimus

 

Double Barrel Guns, I like the design of the weapon  suits Optimus which is like Scourge from the anime Transformers: RID.

3rd Mode Battle Mode or as I like to call it FA Optimus Prime XD

One reason why it got me into this add-on upgrade XD how does it stand so still without falling back?

 

it has it’s own System Stand that ables it to stand, without having it too fall backwards which is pure Genius

 

 

Also there’s a hidden visor from the top hat? head armor?? xD a Size Comparison with a HG Age -2 Gundam. also the same height as the 1/100 Wing Gundam. but not sure about the rest LOL

Conclusion?
I must say, even for KO Version, The plastic quality is really good which I’de give it 10/10 Stars. Details, accessories are great apparently the Whole FIgure is perfect !~

but to every Figure there is the Con side. Bad Side is that leg piece makes the ball joint for the thighs as i mentioned earlier weak, also around the arm add-on doesn’t really cover the original hand of Optimus 😐 Head mold. well for KO.. nose.. >_>”

But I still say it’s a worth Getting Add-on even it’s a KO version.

Takara Tomy Transformers United: Optimus Primal

Finally After many months on being slightly patient i have bought the Optimus Primal x3 Even for a Deluxe size figure Optimus Primal is packaged in a box which is twice it’s size LOL. A very Voyager Box Packaging xD.

Gotta love the packaging. funny that the box is twice the size as the figure xD it could fit a voyager XD

I must say i really like the figure.. and through my whole life.. i finally got my hands on Optimus Primal. inb4 this i never bought Primal D: well maybe it was 2 Transmetal and Beast Machine. but not the original one himself. but for this Optimus.. he’s kinda the Cybertron Edition because it comes with the POwer up- Key which opens up the surfboard

 to be a blaster. Funny how it relates to the Transmetal and the Original together. sadly this doesn’t have shoulder pads. but i’m okay with it.
hmm doesn’t expose obvious parts in Beast Mode and the Robot mode as well. except the feet.. in Robot mode
transformation is easy. it’s like turning him upside down
He’s got a nice head sculpture which i rike >;3. been thinking whether to paint the mouth with metallic blue? idk
Articulation is not bad. wish they’ed given the hands 360 ariticulations 😐
my figure for this is pretty stiff some joints are kinda tight . but it’ll get used it to it.
Details is pretty good
I like the beast mode though. but wished the colors were slightly grey for the face and the chest
also realized the Maximal Logo is not on the figure =3=” grrrr
So yeah. that wraps up about Primal. figure i’de give around 9/10.

Takara Tomy: Transformers Alternity Mitsuoka Orochi Starscream

Got this figure about couple of days ago when i was in Singapore after the first day of Raya. Couldn’t get to China Town Square in Singapore so decided to buy this guy from one of the shopping mall in Orchard.. the Takara Tomy Starscream. ..  and Yes the vehicle design is based on the car brand Mitsuoka Orochi which reminds me of a Mercedes Benz. idk.. not into the whole car thing.. they all look the same. 4 wheels.. still requires a person to operate it.. soo LOL.

Really love the Interior inside and the idea to have the doors, engine hood and trunk open up

so i’ll cut to the chase

Good Side to this figure

has some articulations
Paint Job is well painted
Great details
Plastic quality is good. feels like metal on some certain parts
love The idea on having the doors, Hood and trunk open up like a real car
Head sculpture is not bad. looks like a Cobra xD

Down Side to: well the legs have some limit for Articulations..

Some pegs are weak to be pegged into
Very tight Leg Joints
Parts Come off easily
so this is kinda like 50/50 rate for my taste
